This is more than just a technical accountancy role, it will require planning and analysis, and you will play a key role as Financial Business Partner to the UK division, liaising with senior internal stakeholders and support personnel.
You will be assisting the company's other teams across Europe, analysing tax, payroll and reporting across various legal entities, identifying potential issues, requirements and providing solutions. As a state-of-the-art software company Research & Development makes up a large part of their business so responsibilities will also include developing R&D project reporting as well as assisting the compliance and revenue teams on HMRC tax policy under IFRS frameworks.
We are looking for a qualified Financial Accountant with 1-3 years industry experience working for large organisations and if you started your career within a big 4 practice then that would be an advantage. You'll be a clear communicator with strong negotiating abilities, have excellent analytical skills and be commercially aware.
