The ONE Group are proud to be partnering with a global agri tech business who are looking for their next Financial Accounting Manager. Having had previous success with them, it's fantastic to be supporting them again as they continue to grow and strive towards revolutionising agriculture and produce through scientific developments.
The Financial Accounting Manager will take the lead on one of their biggest regions, where you'll have complete oversight of technical accounting and its processes in the region. You'll need to be technical in nature, but this is role is much more involved with process improvement, standardisation and similar.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage a team of technical accountants, offering support with various processes and preparations
- Oversee and support intercompany processes and transactions
- Be accountable for regional consolidations and its processes
- Be a point of contact and lead for audit processes, including US GAAP audit
- Have accountability for compliance in the region, ensuring it complies with group policy
- Play a pivotal role in the region and work closely with the deputy CFO on ad hoc reporting projects
As mentioned, you'll need to be technical in nature but also aware of processes and good with a team. You might be in practice looking to move into industry, or you may have already moved and are looking for a bigger challenge.
