As the Financial Controller you will be playing an essential role in the development and efficiency of the finance department. Working closely with Finance Director you'll be supporting the growth of the business, implementing future compliance, controls and strategies.

You'll have the autonomy to take ownership of your role, preparing and managing the month-end process, balance sheet controls and reconciliations, financial analysis for future planning and forecasting, annual budgeting, supporting the annual statutory accounts and working on various projects as the company grows.

An ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is a requirement, and Candidates from either an Accountancy Practice or industry organisation are welcome to apply. If you've had experience working within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical sectors then that would be an advantage, especially if you have experience in revenue recognition, RDEC year-end calculations and IFRS accounting standards.
