This is a new Financial Controller role, based in Essex, joining a growing and forward-thinking SME business.

This company is looking for a Financial Controller who can develop, mentor and manage the existing finance team. You will need to review current process and ensure that solid control and foundations are in place for the upward growth trajectory the business continues on. Key to this will be a hands-on approach offering the team both management, director, development and support.

Financial control will be centered around ensuring the monthly management accounts are reported to the board, including KPI's, variance analysis and customer performance analysis. You will also work closely with the Financial Director on long-term modelling, budgeting and forecasting.

You should be a Qualified Accountant and excited by a new challenge in a dynamic organisation.
