The ONE Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a globally operating organisation, who have recently undergone a period of positive change and have some exciting growth plans in place for the coming years.
Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking to appoint a an ambitious, part qualified accountant to join them as a FP&A Analyst.
Reporting directly into the Head of FP&A, this role is perfect for someone who is keen to actively grow and progress through a business all whilst being supported by a mentor who will prioritise their development and empower them to reach their goals.
You will be an 'Analyst' in the truest sense of the word.. You will find yourself doing less of month end and BAU accounting and more of the forecast modelling, performance analysis and project work with senior stakeholders and execs.
No two days are the same in the role, but for some context you can expect to heavily involved in the following:
- Forecast and scenario modelling
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Stakeholder engagement
- Variance analysis
- Project based analysis
A hybrid working week is on offer (3 days in the office and 2 from home), as is a study support package and the constant support and mentorship of a prestigious finance leader who is keen to see the successful candidate replicate their successes and achievements.
The salary on offer is circa £35,000 per annum.
