Job Title: React Developer (Next.js or Remix Expertise)

Location: UK, Fully Remote

Salary: £60,000

A leading commercial real-estate software provider with a strong track record of delivering disruptive solutions across the US and Canada are currently on the lookout for a UI Developer (react) to join their growing team. Their innovative products transform the way businesses operate in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise web applications using React, specializing in Next.js or Remix.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Implement and integrate RESTful services; engage in full stack development with PostgreSQL.
  • Participate in database design and work with ORM frameworks (bonus if experienced).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in TypeScript.
  • Ensure applications are performant, scalable, and secure with a focus on user experience.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to internal teams, stakeholders, and investors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize cloud services like AWS or Azure (preferred but not required).
  • Balance new technology adoption with business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a React developer, with commercial applications.
  • Expertise in React.js, with deep knowledge of Next.js or Remix frameworks.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Experience or strong interest in full stack development, RESTful services, and PostgreSQL.
  • Bonus points for experience in database design and ORM frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Focused on business-driven solutions over new technologies.
  • AWS or Azure experience is a plus.
  • Desire to learn and improve is highly valued.
