We have once again partnered with a global consultancy based in Cambridge, who work to enable the best software solutions to clients worldwide. The are looking to hire a Global Salary & Reward Specialist whose primary responsibility will be providing salary and reward information to the business for new and existing people, covering 37 different countries. This role is completely remote and the client are very open to where you are based.

Other responsibilities for this role are:

  • Selecting outside partners for purchasing and validating salary information
  • Updating and maintaining global salary and reward information
  • Setting the organisation's compensation structure
  • Taxation advice from relevant authorities around the world
  • Reporting via our portal, ensuring data is correct and up to date
  • Running the annual salary review process providing the relevant data to managers and POps team, making sound recommendations
  • Conduct job levelling and pay grade overlaps to aid and support promotions
  • Make offers to new hires and explain the relevant benefits in conjunction with the Technical Recruiter
