I am delighted to be recruiting for an outstanding opportunity that will suit someone who has recently qualified in general practice and wants to move into a more commercial role.
Working closely with the Financial Controller the position offers variety and immense scope to grow and develop and duties will include;
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including consolidated management accounts and board pack
- Accruals and prepayments
- Tax computations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Ledger and journal review
- Supporting the annual audit, including liaison with the audit team
- Statutory returns
- Assisting with new system implementation
- Statutory reporting
- Ad hoc project work
The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, enjoy working to deadlines and have a thirst for knowledge and to grow and develop.
As well as being recently qualified the right person will have worked in practice and understand double-entry and how accounts are put together from the ground up.
