We are looking for an immediately available Head of Customer Support to join a SaaS organisation on a 3 - 4 month contract. This position is inside IR35 and will be via an Umbrella company. The role can be performed remotely (UK) and has an immediate start date!
To be successful for this position you must be available to start in the month of May and have previous people management experience within a technical software or IT environment. Any experience from within an enterprise software environment would be highly beneficial! We are looking for someone who been has operationally responsible for providing support.
The Role:
- Lead a team of 4 technical specialists (all remote)
- Monitor and report against KPI's
- Manage, develop, and maintain customer support operations
- Coordinate core customer implementation activities including customer configuration, on-boarding, and training
- Capture feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction
- Provide first and second-line support to customers and act as the primary point of contact for customer support issues
