Working with some of the UK's biggest brands; in an innovative, established software product business, this exciting Head of Professional Services role has been created.
Due to continued year on year growth, they are now in a position to recruit an individual to grow their team and ultimately provide an excellent service to their customer base.
This role will sit on the Management team and will have significant involvement in current and upcoming projects. You will also have the ability to define and implement strategies that will have an impact on future of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team with implementing processes to ensure projects are delivered in an efficient and timely manner
- Partner with the Sales team to create and increase a portfolio of certified clients
- Responsibility for the financial goals of the services team including projects, revenue and gross margin.
About this person:
- Proven experience leading and managing large scale projects
- You will ideally have a background overseeing a professional services function
- Technically minded (will potentially have managed cross functional professional services team whilst taking on a hands-on approach
- Articulate when speaking with clients while possessing strong interpersonal skills
