Great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract based in Watford (you will need to go into the office). You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in a busy, supportive team where you will provide a first-class administration service to the managers.
- Managing a busy HR mailbox and processing incoming correspondence.
- Accurately maintaining the department's paperless document management system.
- Producing reports from the HR system using formulas and VLOOKUP in Microsoft Excel.
- Ensuring legal compliancy for all processing including GDPR.
- Escalating or referring complex issues and cases when needed.
- Providing support to other team members when needed.
- Taking responsibility for your own work including your levels of accuracy and output
You will need the following experience:-
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment (that can be highly pressured during certain times in the month and year), ideally within an HR department.
- Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills and want to deliver great service to our managers.
- Highly organised with an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player with a flexible attitude in order to quickly respond to changing priorities.
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload and process high volumes of data.
- An excellent communicator who enjoys speaking to people on the telephone.
- Excellent letter-writing skills.
Salary £26-28k plus "very good" benefits.
