Great opportunity for an HR Administrator to join this fantastic team. where you will provide effective and efficient administration, undertake specific HR projects and provide diary management to the relevant HR Managers'. This will be a varied role with the ability to help influence improvements in the way they administrate within HR.

  • Be the contact for all of the business Directorates in the absence of the HR Advisors
  • Act as main point of contact to answer queries and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  • Work with the HR teams to help harmonise and improve certain processes
  • Respond to standard enquiries providing advice or guidance as to where to find the required information, managing customer expectations for effective resolution.
  • Manage and support with diary, meetings and travel for the Operations HRD and HR Leads.
  • Act as a note-taker in various informal and formal meetings
  • Upload, maintain and electronically file documents
  • Handle a range of HR problems or situations as appropriate and as required, including investigating records, files, databases, to resolve queries.

You will need the following experience:-

  • A highly organised, experienced and proactive HR Administrator
  • Somebody who is adaptable to changing workload demands.
  • An advanced level of expertise on Microsoft packages such as Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Ideally some HR experience or qualification such as CIPD, although this is not essential.
  • Have a proactive approach, and flexibility to support team and colleagues where needed.
  • Strong communication skills and someone who is able to communicate with a variety of different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and multi-task with a range of complex organisational and business activities.

In return they offer a salary of £28-32,000 (dependent on experience) and a fantastic benefits package with hybrid working.
