A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor in the Ipswich area, within UK's largest family owned FMCG organisation.

This pioneering business have their products in all the top retailers, and it would be very surprising if you're not familiar with their products range.

Acting as a standalone HR Professional, you will provide top-tier generalist support across the business by:

• Managing the recruitment, including selection administration, conducting interviews, producing adverts, and managing applications
• Completing HR Administration, including offer letters, contracts, absence monitoring
• Maintaining and updating policies and procedures
• Onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers
• Conducting monthly payroll for external provider
• Working closely with an external ER agent to coach managers on particular issues
