Seeking a knowledgeable HR/ER Advisor who is available with immediate effect.
- Providing first line professional Employee Relations advice on a full range of HR matters including case management, redundancy and change programmes.
- Responsible for maintaining and interrogating the employee records system, producing reports and identifying trends and issues
Although this role is mostly Employee Relations orientated there will be the opportunity to utilise your HR generalist knowledge too.
Due to the nature of support you are giving, a min of CIPD Level 3 qualification will be accepted.
This role offers 3 days WFH and 2 days working within their plush, contemporary central Northampton town located office.
FTC until March 2023.
Thus, you must be available immediately or within a short time scale.
