This inspiring, market leading, research organisation based in East Cambridge have created a brand-new position to support the HR Lead on a 6-month basis. It's likely this position will move to a permanent contract, will attract a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 and will see you taking responsibility for all things HR on a day to day, operational level.
Working as a HR Advisor you will have a strong focus on the UK operations and, due to the nature of the business it's really well suited to an individual who enjoys adapting to various personalities, projects and challenges.
Working in partnership with the Head of HR to improve processes, coach and develop both line managers & staff whilst ensuring the day-to-day HR functions operate seamlessly, you will play an integral part in the further growth of this company and the development of staff.
Our client is looking for a candidate who:
- Is able to think outside the box
- Has the ability to adapt to different situations and personalities
- Is CIPD Qualified
- Has around demonstrable experience working within a HR Team
- Is passionate about the work they undertake
