- £37,000 - £40,000 including a £3,000 car allowance

I am delighted to partner with this telecoms organisation, based in north Cambridge, who are seeking a savvy and forward thinking HR Advisor.
This generalist role reports into the Group Head of HR and will see you partnering with the business, embedding yourself to drive a high-performance culture:
- Providing guidance and support on all HR matters
- Coaching Managers with staff appraisals and performance reviews
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process - producing employee contracts, processing leaver documentation
- Leading employee relation cases
- Working on various projects and business improvement - Staff wellbeing and engagement, benefits review, internal staff reviews
- Supporting with recruitment
You will need to be self-sufficient, thrive in fast-paced environments and have a true passion for business improvement.
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced HR Advisor that is CIPD qualified
- Industry experience isn't a deal breaker, however a telecoms or utilities background would be ideal
- Previous experience with TUPEs, restructures and change management
- Confident, personable, and innovative nature, with strong communication skills
