This is a great opportunity to join a small team and really support with a variety of administrative tasks relating to recruitment, HR and reporting.

You will be involved in all aspects of internal recruitment so experience in this field is essential but if you have this and are looking for a way to integrate into a more varied HR and reporting role then this is the perfect role for you.

You will be offered the flexibility of a hybrid working pattern and start and finish times but would need to be able to commute to St Neots. This is a full time position and will be very busy, so you will need to be organised with the ability to work to deadlines with accuracy.

Experience of reporting and extracting data would be an advantage and there will be full training provided on the system used.

This will give the successful candidate the chance to broaden their existing skill set and develop new skills also.
