I am currently recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a prestigious Law Firm in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an interest in HR!
If you are currently working as a HR Administrator looking to progress your career within HR, this is the perfect opportunity as you will be supporting the wider HR team with a variety of duties from, payroll, recruitment, and diversity and wellbeing.
Initially you will be based full-time on-site within central Cambridge, however upon full training, you will have the opportunity for hybrid working with a 50/50 split across fortnightly.
In this role, you will:
- General administration duties
- Complete the correct documentation for starters and leavers
- Conduct exit interviews
- Assist with recruitment across the Cambridge office, updating job descriptions, advertising vacancies, arranging interviews
- Manage the full recruitment process via the HR system
- Draft offer letters and contract of employment
- Manage the on-boarding process
- Support the payroll team with data inputting
- Maintain absence records
Ideally you will:
- Possess solid HR experience
- Have the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at one time
- Come with a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and proactive
- Good knowledge of Excel and accurate data processing
