I have worked with this client for a number of years. They are looking for an HR Co-ordinator to join them for a 4 month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible.
You will be involved in the following:-
- Provide an effective, quality transactional service across the areas of the employee life-cycle
- Provide 1st line HR advice, respond and manage customer enquiries
- Contribute to reports and statistics
- Prepare, collate and record information across HR
- Ad-hoc projects
You will need the following experience:-
- Demonstrable previous experience in preparing written correspondence and communicating with internal and external customers in writing within an HR capacity
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in dealing with confidential matters
- Strong organisational skills
Salary £27,000 (pro rata) and you will need to get to the offices in Hertford.
