Duties will include:

  • Managing the HR database, ensuring records are kept up to date.
  • Raising appropriate authorisation for employment contracts and tracking return of signed documentation.
  • Drafting documentation, including authorisation forms, letters, announcements etc, relating to leavers, promotions, salary increases, changes to terms and conditions etc.
  • Preparing accurate and up to date monthly payroll submission for approval, ensuring all relevant details/authorisations are obtained and provided for the monthly payroll submission and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Preparing accurate and up to date headcount reports and organisation charts as required.
  • Administer and improve all HR filing systems including electronic personal files, recruitment files, training information and general departmental filing, keeping hard copies where appropriate.
