With the continuous growth this business has experienced a newly created position for a HR Generalist has come about. They are really open to the background of this individual and can also be flexible on offering either full time or 4 days a week. They are looking to on-board an individual qualified to either CIPD L3 or L5 and someone who enjoys the flexibility a company like this can bring, there aren't rigid processes or policies in place.
This position will look after everything HR from the administration to more strategy led projects and everything in between. Currently our client has two offices in the UK - Cambridge & London but also others across the globe, over time this role will offer progression and perhaps even the opportunity to build a team.
Due to the emphasis being on the right person over the perfect experience, this position has a wide salary range of £25,000 - £40,000 - you will need to have a presence in the office, especially during the initial stages however our client also offers a strong hybrid policy so you can expect flexibility to suit your needs.
