HR MANAGER

I am working exclusively with a well recognised Peterborough based business to find a highly motivated and team driven HR Manager who can oversee a team providing excellent HR customer service to employees and line managers.

You will need experience of working with contemporary HR technology platforms, Workday ideally, among others.

If you are organised, well versed in Employment Law, HR policies and regulations with line management experience, I would be very keen to speak to you.

You will also need knowledge and experience of job architecture, organisation structures, and position management, a proven track record of designing and implementing on-boarding processes and strong analytical skills.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:
* Setting day-to-day operational objectives for the team and managing delivery to ensure achievement of operational results
* Developing and driving onboarding processes to deliver efficient time to hire turnaround times while delivering an exceptional new hire experience
* Managing periodic audit process to ensure positions, requisitions, and job architecture meet Compliance requirements
* Functioning as a transactional leader, overseeing a team of Specialists while also managing case work directly
* Ensuring policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders
* Ensuring legal & regulatory compliance across all Regional activities
* Managing escalations, including raising to Workday Operations Management when applicable
* Communicating effectively to Workday Operations Management including writing effective communications, developing and analysing materials, and delivering presentations
* Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
