In this role you'll be the person who ensures the HR Transactional Team provides an outstanding service to the rest of the HR function, and customers, by ensuring quality administrative support in a timely and effective manner. You will motivate the Team Leaders and team to improve service level efficiencies and working practices to exceed customer needs.

You will be continuously developing the HR transactional team in leading a customer focused function that meets SLA's and KPl's. This will involve coaching and supporting the team and effectively dealing with any queries escalated to your attention, and ensuring any issues are dealt with in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
You will be supporting all staff to achieve targets and performance standards while motivating your team through regular 1:1's and identifying training needs for continuous development by setting clearly defined objectives.
