As a HR specialist you will see yourself partnering with, supporting and guiding colleagues, line managers and key stakeholders across the organisation. Joining our client for a period of 12 months you will support across critical projects as well as the day-to-day operations, keeping the long-term and operational objectives at the forefront of your mind. This position will attract a healthy benefits package and a base salary of £42,000 - £50,000.
Within this role you be accountable for various areas which will include;

• Delivering a flexible and proactive HR support to the business unit
• Advising, coaching and guiding managers across a wide range of Employee Relations queries, people management topics ensuring that the approach taken is consistent, compliant and legal
• Management of various ER cases
• Partnering with others on change management projects that could include mergers & acquisitions and re-structures
• Collaboration with other specialists such as the rewards team on current and new proposals

This position will see you supporting across the UK and Ireland and, when restrictions allow, you will be able to travel between sites upon occasion to ensure strong collaboration across the business. It's a given within this position you will need to enjoy partnering with others, have excellent communication skills, a strong background in HR with an in-depth understanding of employment law and be able to adjust your delivery to suit the needs of various individuals.
