Working a stable, fixed nights pattern Monday to Friday you will find yourself responsible for all the essential hygiene activity within a busy food manufacturing site. You'll have a decent-sized team underneath you, so it's important that you've got the ability to lead and inspire.

You'll be in charge of ensuring the sites standards are kept high, necessary compliance paperwork is managed whilst also getting involved with a lot of project work. So there will be plenty to keep you busy!

You'll be reporting into a long-standing Site Technical Manager who has been with the business long enough to be able to teach you all there is to know. The site itself is a good size and has an impressive mix of retail and foodservice customers.

What will you need?

• Experience as a hygiene manager within food manufacturing (flexible with category)
• Ability to lead, motivate and inspire the hygiene function
• Proactive, problem-solving nature
