Are you a strong, improvement focused leader with experience within Hygiene? Well then, this role is for you!

My client is a large fresh produce business in East Cambridgeshire with great employee culture, they are on the lookout for a Hygiene Supervisor to optimise manufacturing functions. You will play a hand in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programmes to really drive change within the organisation.

On a day-to-day basis you will ensure COSHH regulations, Health & Safety and Company Policies and Procedures are followed; Implement and maintain cleaning schedules with procedures and systems in place to meet BRC requirements; Drive continuous improvements across the companies' approach to Hygiene.

You will have full autonomy of SOPs, allowing you to truly dictate change within this BRC Accredited Business!

The Ideal Candidate:

• Have Hygiene experience within Food Manufacturing/FMCG
• Have strong Leadership skills
• Will be a Team Player
