An exciting opportunity to join this highly successful Hertfordshire based construction business. Working in their in-house legal team and reporting to their Director of Legal, you will be involved in preparing and reviewing contracts and bids for commercial jobs.
In particular experience in JCT (Joint contacts tribunal) NEC (New Engineering Contracts) or FIDIC would be particularly beneficial. Experience in drawing up NDA's is also valuable.
