Our client based in Havant, who has an international presence within the luxury flooring industry and is now looking for an internal account support professional to join their team.

This is not your average role, it will involve building and maintaining relationships with premium accounts for a company that serves high-end customers across UK and Ireland. Your role will be varied and very rewarding working alongside an already established team that will provide all the relevant training to get you performing to the best of your ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key account management
• Order processing
• Price and invoice enquiries
• Update and manage stock and delivery enquires
• Support and assist with weekly financial forecasting
• Dealing with customer via telephone and email
• Build and maintain existing account relationships
• Maintaining and updating customer records on CRM system

Requirements:

• A background in home improvement or design sector, Desirable but not essential
• Experience of meeting weekly/monthly KPI's
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Confident in creating reports
• Show high level of understanding for customer needs
