In these times it is fantastic to hear about businesses that had a vast retail presence prior to Covid see strong growth due to their other channels. Our client has seen this growth and in turn created new positions right across the group and for this reason our client is looking to hire an Internal Recruiter on a temporary basis, for the right person this could lead to a longer-term opportunity but, for now, we are looking at the initial temporary support needed.

To be considered for this role you must have demonstrable recruitment experience, this could be from candidate screening level to running a full recruitment cycle and partnering with line managers and leading on the campaigns. This role will be dictated by the level of experience the right candidate can bring so the hourly rate will be between £11.00 - £16.00ph.

It would be advantageous if you have a mixture of agency and internal recruitment, if not internal would be preferred. It would be advantageous if you have supported with recruitment in the FMCG sector but again, this is not essential.
