Internal Recruiter - 6 month FTC

I am working with a people focused business that offer development opportunities and allow you to feel valued and respected.

The team are in need of a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to manage an existing and expanding network and attract valuable people to join the growing team.

You will be focusing on direct/permanent recruitment, you will need to able to think out of the box and look at creative ways to attract and retain suitable individuals.
It is essential that you have experience of arranging meetings with various contacts (internally and externally) to build rapport and strengthen the recruitment processes in place. You will also manage the relationships with Agencies that we work with to look at ways to ensure individuals are welcomed into their new roles and follow up any queries/actions agreed.
Knowledge and organising of overseas recruitment experience is desirable.
