Are you interested in joining a very successful Internal Recruitment team on a contingency basis until the end of the year. You will need to go into the office in Stevenage a couple of times a week.

You'll be first and foremost, an amazing recruiter. Ideally you will have proven experience gained from working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment (preferably within an HR team/function and with interviewing experience).

• Experience in professional recruitment, ideally engineering or similar would be highly beneficial.
• Experience using various ATS's or similar.
• Strong planning, administration, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A passion for recruitment and in particular, the candidate journey.
• The ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Someone with strong experience of proactive social media sourcing.

In return they offer a salary equivalent of £45-50k (dependent on experience).
