TheOneGroup are proud to be partnering with a local innovative technology company, in the hunt for an Internal Sales Representative to join their sales team. Our client's product is supplied across the globe into a range of settings and their brand is infamous within their industry.

The need to know

  • Location: Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire (based on-site)
  • Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

The day to day
As Internal Sales Representative you will join the Europe Sales Team. Their primary function is to support the business development in UK, Ireland and Benelux, supporting assisting sales team members to achieve collective revenue targets.

  • Assist all sales activities, across the assigned territory, helping the Business Development Director in achieving the order and profit targets.
  • Assist channel partners, enabling them to obtain all the pricing and technical information they need.
  • Manage general queries raised from customers and partners.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Business Development Director, and the sales team on partner status.
  • Help identify opportunities for additional support.
  • Be the inside go-to person for the region, with whom customers and partners can communicate with.
  • Demonstrate your relationship skills to engage with internal personnel and navigate the organisation to obtain information required.

About you
The successful candidate would have great communication skills, a keen eye for detail with proven experience in Sales support or Sales administration (3 years minimum).

  • Proven understanding of sales, operations and marketing departments within an organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers.
  • Good level of IT skills and experience, including Excel based tools, CRM and standard Office software.
  • Analytical, able to present a range of solutions and evaluates alternatives.
  • Data driven, using data to keep things on an objective basis. Customer Focus.
  • Ownership, following through and checking that things are done by the agreed dates, taking responsibility.
  • Self-directed and motivated, committed to the success of the team.

Please note: This job may involve limited travelling so the successful applicant will have a full, clean driving licence and their own car and a valid passport.
