What you'll be tackling:

  • Technical Challenges: Dive into desktop support, active directory management, O365 support, software licensing, and the logistics of building and shipping laptops to remote employees.
  • Continuous Learning: Embrace a technical mindset and stay updated on new software developments.
  • Effective Communication: Showcase your excellent communication skills as you collaborate with the IT team.

What we need from you:

  • AD & O365 Experience: Showcase your previous experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
