IT Compliance Analyst

We've partnered with a scientific company based in Cambridge in the search for an IT Compliance Analyst to join their highly successful IT team. You will have a focus on IT Governance, policy writing, security compliance as well as proving some more general IT Support.

This is a new role for the business so there is the opportunity to shape the position slightly depending on your skillset/interests, so we encourage those who are currently in an IT Support role but have been involved with IT Governance / Audits / Policy writing to apply, Please ensure this is shown on your CV/Cover Letter.

The role:

• Ensuring compliance with IT Security Standards (ISO27001)
• IT policy writing
• Internal IT Support
• IT Risk Assessments
• Support with IT audits

What are we looking for?

• Currently (or previously) in an IT Support role, with a strong interest in IT Security standards/processes/governance
• Must have evidence of data/security governance, IT policy writing or being involved with security audits
• Knowledge of ISO27001 and/or CyberEssentials
• Must have the full right to work and remain in the UK without any restrictions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be within a reasonable commutable distance of Cambridge
