One of the South East's largest and highest respected Managed Service Providers who have super ambitious growth plans are looking for an experienced hands-on IT Consultant / IT Project Engineer to join their client facing team.
Having acquired a number of smaller MSP's in the area, they are on track to double their revenue by 2025, with further growth planned. This is a great time to get on board and be a part of the journey!
This is a hands-on, client facing position, so candidates must be comfortable working onsite, in the office and remotely. Ideally candidates would work from the St Neots office 2 days a week, with the other 3 days split between home working and client site.
The Role:
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting solutions for a range of clients
- Perform installs, upgrades, migrations, and implementations
- Visit client sites to build relationships
- Implement cloud-based solutions
- IT Road mapping
Requirements:
- Due to being a client facing position, excellent communication and a high level of English is required
- Experience of performing various migrations and upgrades
- Able to troubleshoot Active Directory issues
- Previous experience designing or delivering technical solutions
- Able to communicate technical information to non-technical people
