We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a charity which aims to make the internet a safer place. This organisation does incredible things, and you can be a part of it! Ideally you will be an infrastructure generalist, as you will be responsible for the overall Windows environment, escalations for the Support Technician team, as well as being responsible for the planned Infrastructure & Development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure administration
- Physical & virtual servers
- Storage
- Network
- Administration of on-prem and cloud technologies
- Active Directory
- Office365
- Exchange
- Support 1st and 2nd line teams with escalated tickets.
- Undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Ensure that systems are always up to date and compliant.
- Purchase and manage equipment and 3rd party contracts & suppliers.
What will make you a great fit
- Proven experience in an infrastructure position
- Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS
- Experience with
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- O365
- Networking experience, ideally with
- CISCO
- Palo Alto
