Managing a growing IT & Software Development Team

Implement IT Policies

Report to Senior management on works complete/undertaken

Maintain IT Budget

Work allocation/planning

Management of long term projects

Determine new technologies/upgrades

Experience of managing IT infrastructure including server and workstation management, networking, data security, replication and firewall management.

Managing software development projects using agile management techniques including SCRUM, similar.
