A local MSP are looking to expand their team, and are looking for an experienced IT Project Engineer to join them on some exciting and challenging projects they have. You will be delivering projects both internally and to their clients, providing hands on solutions to various problems.

You will lbe involved in supporting start up and SME businesses with their IT and projects; companies in a large array of industries, including finance, life science and biotechnology. You will be an excellent communicator and be relationship focused, ensuring that clients understand issues, how to avoid them in the future; being generally consultative, helpful, and educational.

You Will:

• Support projects that meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with various teams, both internal and some external to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
• Work closely with account managers to ensure customer requests are resolved in a timely manner.
• Once projects are complete, ensure an effective hand over is done to service desk teams to allow the BAU function to continue

What you'll need:

• Previous experience in a similar, project-based role.
• Sound background, experience, or knowledge in the following:
