3rd Line Support / IT Service Delivery

Huntingdon

Winners of the 'Employer of the year award', who are known for their excellent culture, strong technical environment and supportive team are looking for an IT Service Delivery Lead / 3rd Line Support to join their team.

This is a hands-on technical role where you will also be responsible for 3rd line support, as well as getting involved in various IT projects which could include implementations and/or IT improvement projects.

The Role:

  • Focus on the Support and Delivery of IT Services
  • Support Incidents, Problems and Requests
  • Hardware and Software Support
  • 3rd Line Support
  • Recommending current and innovative technologies to be implemented within the Business
  • Helpdesk Reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Hands-on IT Service Delivery role OR 3rd line position with an interest to get involved with Service Delivery
  • Hands on experience with Azure / O365
  • Knowledge of ITIL (or ITIL Certified)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication skills
