IT Support - 1st and 2nd Line

Role/Responsibilities
Support all members of the IT Department and wider technology users within the business
Identify opportunities for improvement and generate proposals to deliver to the senior IT team for approval
Ensure tickets are correctly classified and prioritised and are being processed to meet OLA
Provide third line technical support to IT internal customers
Escalate tickets within the Support Team
Train the Support Team in handling routine 1st and 2nd line tasks
Contribute to the support knowledge base of the Support Team and business including writing technical documents
Tech environment - Windows, Office365, Azure, Virtualisation, Intune
