IT Support Engineer - Software Platform

Role/Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 Technical Support to internal and external customers
Perform root cause analysis for solving technical issues with products.
Create and manage test plans using manual and/or automating testing approaches
Actively troubleshoot issues that arise during testing and development, catching issues before launch
Customer satisfaction with operations, positive customer engagement
Taking ownership and achieving a satisfactory conclusion
Successful sign off of products and features ready for production with minimal issues upon live deployment
Thoroughness in work and investigation of issues
Desirable - Linux, Bash Scripting
