Role/Responsibilities
Day to day running of the IT servicedesk ticketing systems
Acting as 1st line support to end users
Learn about bespoke software and applications
Setup new users within the business
Log tickets and escalate when required
Gain exposure to WI FI LAN Networking and Cisco equipment
Support server support technicians
Patrol checks of campus IT equipment
Installations of IT Equipment
