IT Systems Administrator - Systems, Networks

Unique opportunity for an IT Systems Administrator to join a globally recognisable sporting brand and hone their technical skills in an ever changing environment.
Great time to join the business as they kick off of a multitude of large scale, bespoke Infrastructure projects and implement new ticketing systems and booking processes.
You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support to the business as well as implementing change requests and assisting in Infrastructure projects. You will get a lot of good hands on exposure to the systems and networks and work closely with the project teams and leadership.

Role/ Responsibilities
2nd and 3rd line support for systems and networks. Experience with Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Networks, Routers, Switches, Firewalls and a good all-round IT knowledge is required.
Setup events in the ticketing system and train non-IT staff on this aspect.
Maintenance and configuration of business systems
Implementing change requests
Technical Documentation
Software and hardware protocol knowledge required
Design polices and procedures around business applications
