Junior Accounts Assistant

The company is searching for someone who is actively studying AAT or has recently graduated from studying in a Finance related degree, ideally you will have some experience in a junior finance role with previous exposure of using excel and you're now ready and waiting to take the next steps into their finance career.
The people you will be working under have an unimaginable set of skills that they are ready to pass down onto you, the CFO comes with decades of experience, as does the Finance Manager and they are looking to bring in someone who can soak up that knowledge to forge their own impressive journey into the work of finance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Invoice processing.
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.
- Monitoring the Accounts mailboxes.
- Ensure purchase invoices are authorised by relevant department.
- Identifying and correcting accounts errors.
In addition to the above, you will also be given the opportunity to support the senior staff with more complex tasks and projects.
