I'm very excited to be offering an excellent entry route into an international & highly successful FMCG business in Cambridgeshire!

Working in the demand planning function provides an excellent foundation for your career. You'll be analysing lots of commercial data and presenting key information to enable the Production department to know what quantities are required.

The working week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours roughly 08:30 - 17:00. 25 days holiday annually + bank holidays off!

You'll gain exposure to various departments of this business; Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, Production & NPD. All this exposure will really help you to gain a strong understanding of how the business works and this will really help your development & assist with building your network.

Your position will involve a significant amount of forecasting - short, medium & long-term. You will use commercial data to analyse consumer trends & factor in market conditions in able to produce a forecast of predicted sales, and this forecast will be used by Production so they know how much to make.


What will you need?

• Economics/statistics/mathematical educational background
• Analytical & methodical style of working
• Extrovert personality, confident dealing with people internally & externally
