They are now on the search for an experienced Account Manager, who enjoys maintaining and growing accounts as well as developing a great pipeline for future opportunities.

This role is hybrid with 2/3 days based in their office, though people love to be based in their offices due to how great the companies culture is you will have the flexibility of working from home.

What will your day look like?

  • You will be point of contact for assigned key clients, ranging from clients in the construction to utility businesses, this role is all B2B.
  • Delivery of SLAs in-line with customer contracted expectations.
  • Using effective communication to ensure client stakeholders are kept engaged.
  • Liaising internally with various teams including customer care, to ensure effective processes with your key clients.
  • Updating the internal CRM system, ensuring up to date information is logged.
  • Promotion of any company initiatives and development of customer projects.
  • Quarterly travel to clients might be required.
  • First line support of any client complaints or issues that arise.
  • Developing client pipeline, opening potential spend opportunities with clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a similar role working within a B2B environment, experience of working with construction based businesses is beneficial but they are open to other similar industries. You will have the skill of developing sales pipelines with key accounts. Enjoy working closely with various teams and be highly organised, you will also have experience of working within a targeted sales role.

Benefits & Salary:
