Lead C# Developer - Peterborough - £65,000 - £70,000
The ONE Group have partnered with an exceptional organisation, who are at the forefront of providing grants to those in hardship. This family run business work very closely with major charities, authorities, and a variety of companies.
Being market leaders in providing bespoke solutions to their clients, you will be spearheading the architecture, design, and maintenance of these solutions.
The Lead Developer will also mentor ambitious Developers and ensure that processes are improved whilst maintaining a collaborative approach within the team.
What you'll need:
- At least 5 years' experience with C# .Net Development
- A background in Microservices, Entity Framework and Dependency injection
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience within architecture
- Proficiency in Azure, DevOps, and Azure pipelines
- The ability to effectively mentor and lead a team
It is important that the Lead Developer is a self-starter, has the ability to wear multiple hats and is motivated. You will be speaking to suppliers regularly so exceptional communication skills are a must, along with the ability to switch between a developer and a leader.
Due to the location of the office, there is no on-site parking, however they are based near major transport links.
