The One Group are proud to be working with a growing manufacturing business who have a newly made role for someone that has a passion for lead generation, this role is a position that will involve someone in background workings of the companies social media and customer platforms, you will have the exciting job of researching, analysing and qualifying potential leads for the wider business. This is a truly unique role, for someone who has a background is selling who is now looking for the next stage in their career.
What your day will look like?
- You will be prospecting potential leads for the business, this will done using various forms of customer communication including, events, social media and networking.
- Build a strong database of leads for the business.
- Qualifying these leads through research and a predefined criteria, this includes building up buyer profiles.
- Initiation of contact with potential customers, using target email campaigns, cold calling and social media.
- Development of relationships with customers, and work closely with the sales to move a lead into the sales pipeline.
- Reporting and analysing of data from various campaigns.
To be considered for this role you will have a background of using various social media platforms for sales and lead generation, you will understand the sales pipeline process, this role is not a phone based role but excellent communication skills is needed, the ability to develop strong customer relationships and someone who enjoys working closely with a sale team.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 from home, Monday - Friday 9 - 530pm.
Salary: up to £40,000 + discretionary company yearly bonus + excellent benefits.
