The department is busy, positive and very proactive so you will be playing a vital role in the success of the department which will be rewarded.

I am looking to speak to a Legal Secretary who has worked within Residential Conveyancing before and understands how process-driven the department is. You will be fully involved with caseloads and helping to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Daily Tasks:

  • Supporting fee earner with open cases
  • Audio dictation and typing
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Handling all enquires into the department
  • Collecting monthly expenses and processing
  • Diary Management
  • Inbox management
  • Organising the team to ensure deadlines are hit
  • Keeping clients up to date with progress
  • Creating and amending letters, contracts and instructions
  • Archiving files and filing
  • The organisation of the department

To be successful we are looking for:

  • Experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Previous knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing department
  • Speedy Audio Typist
  • Positive attitude
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and like to be involved
  • Exceptional Organisation skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Proactive
