I am looking to speak to a Legal Secretary who has worked within Residential Conveyancing before and understands how process-driven the department is. You will be fully involved with caseloads and helping to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Daily Tasks:
- Supporting fee earner with open cases
- Audio dictation and typing
- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Handling all enquires into the department
- Collecting monthly expenses and processing
- Diary Management
- Inbox management
- Organising the team to ensure deadlines are hit
- Keeping clients up to date with progress
- Creating and amending letters, contracts and instructions
- Archiving files and filing
- The organisation of the department
To be successful we are looking for:
- Experience as a Legal Secretary
- Previous knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing department
- Speedy Audio Typist
- Positive attitude
- Enjoy working as part of a team and like to be involved
- Exceptional Organisation skills
- Work well under pressure
- Proactive
